Salmon Arm is a small town in the interior of B.C. Canada.  We have quite a large lake system, called the Shuswap lake with over one thousand kilometres of shoreline!!!!!  If you haven’t come for a visit yet you really should. We have great beaches, houseboats, water skiing and camping !  In addition to our annual bird count, we have big bird news!!!  All the fuss is about a beautiful fieldfare , a member of the thrush family and native to Northern Europe, Asia and North Africa ...not sure what he’s doing in our little town but I will paint it and add it to the store!
